HOW TO BOOK IN A SIMPLE WAY AND WITHOUT SURPRISES

|
How
to charter |
|
| |
Having chosen one of our boats,
it is very important to contact us by telephone, fax or e-mail.
(In CONTACTS
we have an area for information and bookings) where you can
ask for an option, i.e. a temporary booking which will give
you the right to a pre-emption on the boat you want to charter.
The option you get will not bind you to any type of particular
engagement.
If you confirm your reservation, you will soon receive the
contract which you will have to fill in and sign together
with a payment of 50% of the cost of the
charter.
The balance will have to be paid maximum one week before the
departure.
If you do not confirm your departure, there will not be any
problem. You have to inform and officially communicate us
your decision to renounce the booking. (Your option will automatically
expire at the time of the final date).

Payments |
|

Payments must be made in one of
the following ways:

of all the passenger is a compulsory information. It is not

|
|
| |

used as guarantee that covers the exempt portion of the insurance
we have on each boat, in the event of small damages caused
during the charter. It is payable with cheques, cash, or credit
cards and will be kept by Sail Company s.a.s.
until the day when the boat is returned intact and after the
final check-out. The deposit has to be paid when taking possession
of the boat. |
|
| |
Guaranteed
deposit |
|
| |
In alternative to the above deposit,
for those who do not want to pay a rather big sum of money
as deposit, a small sum of money which will not be refunded
can be paid instead, plus a small deposit.( for example €
150 non refundable plus € 300
as deposit; see price list).
